Do you have a 30 amp or 50 amp RV?
If a 50 amp RV, you may have one of the TWO 120 volt hot legs not working, along with other things. Basically half of your RV's electrical distribution panel will not function as per this schematic.

I know nothing about electricity. However the converter did trip on old batteries but has not again. Also why do I have to log in every time to correspond

You don't have to log in every time IFF you check the "Remember Me" or some such box when you log in.

The reason the fridge is working is it is running off the inverter. If the microwave is not working then you probably do not have ac on drivers side and you may have assumed that since fridge is on.
You seem to have 2 issues. All lights run off the battery. If the fridge is running then your battery is good because it is running the inverter for fridge.
Start at the pedestal. Turn the 50 amp breaker completely off and then set it again. It is important that you turn it completely off first before resetting it. Check the cord connection at the pedestal and at your RV.
In the RV do the same to your main breaker in the fuse panel. The main will br two breakers ganged together. Turn all the off and then reset
On the dc side is your battery disconnect turned off. Check these things then check back

Also, I assumed that everything was working and then stopped working? When did you replace the batteries? Has it worked up to now?

Have done all the disconnect, turn off and reset all breakers check all fuses. Battery disconnect is off and yes all was working fine. Have been parked in this spot for 30 days and it just came from nowhere. Lights flickered on and off for a couple times and then all went out.
New batteries just in today.
Doesn’t make any sense.

Do you have a meter?
Need to be sure you have power coming in.
Check at pedestal, then check your cord.

That is all good. Remember that the fridge and fireplace and plugs are working which are all located in the slider on left side of unit

Seems like a fuse went out and it is in some unknown place or a reset somewhere

Probably running off your inverter. Look around your battery pack and see if the inverter is on.

It's probably not something that can be easily solved if you have no experience as you state.
Maybe you can get a campground electrician to look it over. You need to start at the pedestal.

The battery disconnect should be on not off.

Given where you are, I would disconnect the batteries from the RV (do not let the wire ends for the batteries touch metal - maybe tape them each into a plastic bag) and assess how it runs. Your latest replacement could be part of the problem, especially with 4 batteries. There is one way to hook up 4 6 volt batteries properly to an RV (series parallel), and one way to hook up 4 12v batteries (parallel) to an RV. If you wired even one wrong it will cause problems.

We understand that, but some of us think you may be running off an inverter.
Only way to be sure is to;
1) turn off your inverter, do you still have fridge and fireplace power?
2) put a meter on your campground pedestal, is it hot?
3) put a meter on your power cord, anything?
Let us know.

Do you have any power adapters with you? 50 to 30? 30 to 15?

Problem solved. Was a bad connection in the power chord. Very unusual but so it is. Thanks for your messages and help. Was truly a learning experience.
Still don’t know why I have to re-log in to make any response to a posted response and yes I did check the remember me button quite a few times
