We ran into a gentleman in Parker AZ with that same problem, and they also went to Indiana and cedar creek fix everything for them also. So happy to know they follow through on their products

Will never look back for propane/electric. Once you go to residential you no longer have to worry if it will cool during the summer. Make sure you get 4 6 volt batteries.

It's awesome. DO NOT forget to turn on the inverter during transit. Don't ask me how I know. LOL

Check your PM's.

You will have lots of questions. Just ask them..........

My trays weren't large enough for four 6 volt batteries as I suspect yours won't either. I had the dealer install 31's instead of the 24 or 27 they usually use. Fits just right and I've had no problems with the inverter running the residential refer.

I suspect your tray is same as mine.....although not 100% sure. Four of them fit in mine. It's tight.....but they fit.

Here's a pic. Sorry for the blur, it's raining.

Mine has two trays with a battery on each. They pull out so don't look as wide as yours. I should have said in my earlier post that mine are 12 volt and the 31 series takes up all the width..
