POC @ Cedar Creek
Hi,
I have a 2018 Cedar Creek RE and had a problem show up just as it was going our of warranty. My local dealer (Carpenter's Campers in Pensacola, FL) fixed it and filed it as a warranty claim since the problem was obviously a manufacturers defect.
I've received a letter from Forrest River deigning the claim based on the warranty period. It seems I recall seeing the name of an individual at Forrest River on the forum that may be able to help. If anyone has a point of contact and would be willing to share it I would appreciate it.
Regards,
Murf

I would start with the Forest River contact page that list two individuals for you to contact. See attached link Forest River RV Contact Us - Forest River, Inc. If that does not work than here are the individual names and phone NO.

I would be interested to know exactly what the problem was with the Creek. The Cedar Creek factory has been very good to us

It's been my experience that email is your best chance of reaching the warranty people. Try the 2 that Jim W. has given to you.

In my case, the above statement is incorrect.

Since I just bought my 5th Forest River product and I have experienced needed repairs in the past, I hope it remains true that FR keeps care of its customers.
I think if you are good to them explain the problem and ask for consideration, you might be surprised. My previous 4 all had issues that needed repairs and some of them were done by me outside of the warranty. But none of them were hard ones. Most folks under their new policy's have been treated exceptionally well.
I wish you the best.

Not very encouraging that your 5er is 3 years old and still needing things fixed paid for or not.

I have the same fiver as you. Same year even. 2018 34RE
I would like to know your issue.
Mine has been very good for 7,000 miles and 8 weeks of travel.
However we hit the queen of all pothole at 64 mph last month. The trim over the closet mirrors fell off. !2 small nails came out. No glue.
Tow of the mounting screws on the tv broke out. And I have a noise in one of the wheels that sounds like something loose.
Fixed the trim and tv. but, I am tempted to tow it in for the wheel issue except I am afraid of a brakedown on the way with potential bearing or axle issues.
