Power Theater Seats

One seat in our power theater seats is not working, stuck in out position. Checked all connections, reset the thing, but still nothing. Anyone ever have this issue, or have any suggestions?

No does it make any noise at all when you push button for up or down?

No, it does not. A couple times it moved a touch when the switch was bumped, but could not get to move again.

The box on the cord for the power seats has a place for a small 9 volt battery as a backup. I put one in when we were at a campground that lost 120 volt power while the chair was out. This was enough to get it back in. Hopefully, this works for you.

Power is ok, right side seat goes in/out just fine, right side is stuck in the out position

Look up under the seat, check the cord that goes to the actuator. Mine was bundled up under the seat and was in a bind. When I extended the seat it pulled the wires out of the actuator. We ended up replacing the actuator since the wires could not be reconnected. Be warned, it took FR and my lackluster dealer (Fun Town RV) almost 6 months to get me the part.
