Maybe it’s just me…..but spellcheck can wreak havoc with submissions here, and I’m having trouble understanding your questions.

Always read your post before hitting submit.

Water in the belly pan is not caused by your grey, black, or fresh water tank.
Start at the roof and look for leaks, then the 'marker lights, the windows and side walls. Then check the plumbing, look under the shower (access panel on near floor), check all the connections you can find for leaks. It is possible for the overflow from the fresh water tank to cause problems, but it's not common.

An overflowing grey tank will overflow into the shower, so that's not it.
Are you using water from a city water connection or from the fresh water tank?

Ok. Now I understand. The water leak problem showed up when you started using the washing machine. Sorry. I have no idea where to start to troubleshoot that problem.

At the drain for the washer! Bet it's loose in the wall / floor.

Make sure the drain valve for the grey tank that the washer flows into (probably the same as the bath grey tank) is open or the washer drain may back up and overflow. (ask me how I know!). The washer fills that grey tank pretty quickly. Also, there is an inline vent valve in the drain (mine is under the dresser in the bedroom, remove the bottom drawers) that needs to be tight to the pipe. Hope this helps.
