Rear Cap hollow?

I've purchased a new 2020 F350. With it comes a hard wired camera to place on the rear of my trailer. I have a 2018 Cedar Creek Hathaway, with a rear fiberglass cap. I've searched the internet, asked the Cedar Creek dealer, but I can't seem to find an answer.

It looks hollow, but is the rear cap hollow down both sides of the rear window or at least down the opposite side of the ladder, so I can run the wires. Or, are there support ribs which would hinder running them down.

Anyone out there seen a rear cap off, or run wires as I describe?

I was able to take one of the running lights out at the top and run a fish tape down through the hole and out the bottom of cap pull camera wire up to light hole
Then ran fish tape from prewired camera hole back and connected to camera wire and pulled it through. I have a 2018 cc ck2. Installed halo hard wired rear camera

I would fish it down the side without the ladder as the mounts for the ladder might get in the way.

Finally got around to it, took you advise, removed the upper marker/running light, fished the wire down the rear cap and over to where the old wireless camera was installed. Worked out just fine.

Tks
