[CAD-on the road again]

Cedar Creek 2018 hathaway-- Trying to use my remote for slides and such. Found the relay module with the fuse box. Appears we went through the learning mode. But still doesnt work. Button turns red when pushed but nothing operates

If I remember correctly, I was told at the factory that the remote only controls the awning. Some earlier models controlled the slides but only the electric ones.

My 2015 remote handles the slides, outside light, levelers, awning works fine.

Mine works just fine in 2018 Champagne.

For those of you that is works fine...... did you have any trouble with the learning mode directions on the back of the remote itself?

Never did learning mode. Mine came synced and has worked from day one.

You may want to search for syncing remote. I know others have had same issue after changing batteries.

Mine did not work but lights came on changed batteries and it worked fine weak batteries I guess.

Do the relays on the receiver click when you press the remote buttons?

So the dealer didn't have it set up and ready to go? Didn't operate all the components with the remote?
