We have a 2018 cedar creek hathaway. trying to use "learn mode" for the remote in the command center. First step is "hold the button on the relay module" . What? where is the relay module? its not the remote because the next step refers to the transmitter. any help ?
Sorry ,I do not know! Why I don't use my remote, it is packed up and put away for the next owner.
I had a remote on my Cougar and it was nothing but problems so, I did not even try to use my remote on my Cedar Creek.

Common places to find the receiver are in the front pass-thru compartment, Under the fridge, Near the power center, under the bathroom sink, under the oven, and many other places.
They're usually behind a screwed in panel. Look at all the panels and doors that won't open.
Do any of the functions work?
Do you hear any clicking sound when activating a device with the remote?

Are you referring to the handheld remote for the front jacks, awning, and awning lights?

My Cardinal's is just above the bank of batteries, in the front storage area, on the driver's side of the 5er.

thanks everyone- check with my dealer and evidently it work wont if you are inside the RV. I didnt have to use the "learning mode" It did it itself. Now that we know it works my hubby loves it. It has many features to use from outside.
