The .PDF file is just a pic of a skeleton email. That's all I get.

My fireplace has been solid, but wanted to keep any pictures of how to reinstall if something happened.

I gave up on my on-demand water heater and had a conventional 12 gallon installed. Water flow in a house is steady and good, so they work there........not so much in a camper with low flow from most campgrounds. Yet SOME love them. Ours was awful and I had it replaced.

The strap on the Refrig doors (assume you have the 20 foot 3-door??) has to be TARZAN TIGHTENED. That isn't enough. So what we do is get a real ratchet strap, put a towel around both door handles and then ratchet the two handles tight. THEN we use the supplied strap and run it through all 3 doors.......that has kept all 3 doors tight in transit very well.

It would be ideal to run a ratchet strap all the way around the refrigerator (assuming there are no coils that it'd pinch) and tighten through both door handles across entire door face. But you can't get a ratchet strap around back because of the L bracket at top where the refrig is bolted to the wall.

Looks like your in Texas, I wouldn't concern yourself with surface rust.
I can tell you that in certain parts of Texas rust is a problem if you live along the coast. Even living 25 miles away you still get the salty air, not as bad as living on the island.

Brady, we just use the strap that came with the fridge and another simple velcro strap to hold the doors closed. The top strap is an 18" velcro strap and the bottom strap is the one that came with fridge. No need for Tarzan, just simply tight. Our doors have never come open after we started this method.Click image for larger version

38 EL Problems

38EL problem we had, bangin on tha wood, was the slide out covers got full of rain water. Back 2 Slide outs would not close. Lowered rear jacks let water run off, slide outs then closed fine. Also cannot turn off wine cooler, have to find some ridiculous long phillips head to unscrew bracket to pull out to unplug. Also changed shower head, original looked like some kinda, well, i'll be nice.....it was skinny and long with lots of holes in it.....mom used to have one hanging in the shower....humor is the best medicine...

Fireplace fix and latch for refrigerator

We got the latch at the FROG rally but it didn't work out well so I installed 4 drawer knobs at the corners and had DW fashion a yarn rope to string between knobs. Easy to put on and take off. On the frig I purchased a latch to mount on top doors ( Lamp HC -85 ) stopped the doors from opening.

This is a child proof cabinet doors lock you can get at any home improvement store. I use this with the strap that came with the RV and have never had a problem
