Slide not sealed at top when extended

Tried doing A search but no help.
2012 CC 38FL 3 hydraulic slides, when I extend them the wardrobe side in the bedroom does not seal at the top. (tilted in about 1/2" at top)
Slide is sealed fine when closed, Anybody have any ideas on what adjustment I need to make?

Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Can take a crescent wrench and get under the slide. Turn the square rod in between the two rails. If it goes out and seals the nuts on the hyrdualic cyclinder needs to adjusted to push it out that far.

Provided the bottom is sealing ok, just loosen jack bolts on the slide rails. There will be one per rail at the outer most portion. This will lower the outer portion of the slide, thus bringing the top inner flange towards the wall to seal. Very easy adjustment. Shouldn't take much.

You should have received a technical "manual" from Lippert (LCI) when you bought your trailer. It explains with photos how to adjust the slides. for slew and true. Sure its available on line also.

So Then all I need to do is loosen the 2 bolts on the plates then the jam nut on the jacking bolt and adjust it to lower the bottom of the slide?
That should make it tip down when it extends like the other 2 slides correct?
Thanks for the help.

That is correct. This is assuming the bottom portion of the inner flange is already sealing against the wall. All you're doing is tilting the slide out a little.Click image for larger version

You'll see 2 small bolts to loosen in the top of the picture, then the jack bolt. Loosen top 2, counterclockwise on the jack bolt a little at a time until you get it where you want it.
