Question Slide room hydr shut off knobs

[SIZE="5"]Does anyone know which knob is which for the slide rooms in the outside compartment, I have a CC38RD. They do say main, and OPP on top and three say main and opp on the bottom. What I'm trying to do is make it so the one that opens up first is the one so I can get to the back of the trailer. The wrong ones open before that one. I just want that one to open first. Bad when on the road and want to get something from the rear of the tr.

Thanks

This is on my 29 RE. Opposing is driver side and main is passenger side. As if when you are towing.

You can either turn rooms on or off you can't select the order in which they go out so if you only want 1 slide to go out you must turn off all the other slides that go out before the slide you want to go out. When you are ready to fully setup you'll need to remember to turn your other slides back on

Like elrand replied ... all slides are hooked together hydraulically in one big loop of hoses. Our hydraulic slides move under the basic hydraulic principal of the load with least resistance moves first then on down to the most resistance in an open circuit. You can use the shut off valves to disable a certain slide(s), but not the order of extension of the remaining unless the one with the least resistance just happens to be the one you want to move first. Further simplifying our units ... there are no directional valves for the slides ... the pump rotates one way for extension ... rotates the opposite way for retraction.

The knobs on our Silverback were not labelled. I had to experiment. The left knob is for the kitchen slide. The middle knob is for the dresser end of the bedroom. The right knob is for the headboard end of the bedroom.

On my 2014 Cedar Creek 32RL - Main is the kitchen (next to the entry), Opp is opposite the main (on the driver's side of the road), Bed is the bedroom.
