Stabilizer touch pad

We have a 2014 CC Silver Back 31RK. The touch pad for the stabilizer system doesn't work and the stabilizers and slides don't move.
1. The battery is fully charged.
2. None of the rest buttons (3) were tripped.
3. None of the fuses (3) are blown. I could be missing a fuse.
4. I removed the touch pad for 30 minutes to reset it and that did not work.

How to I check to see if the touch pad is getting any power?

Do you mean the Lippert LevelUp?
My control pad went bad in the summer. It wouldn't do anything no matter what function I pressed.
Before that it was gradually not doing certain things. Pull the plug out in the storage bay to reset it.
Then that wouldn't do anything and I ended up buying a new control pad.
Expensive for that piece of plastic with a little circuit board. From what I remember it was around $250.
Now everything works the way it should.

Thanks for the information, pulled the touch pad and it has power. Plan to get a new touch pad tomorrow and hope it solves the problem.

MonteB: You mentioned that the slides would not go out. On my 2016 33IK the touch pad has nothing to do with the slides. I think I would look elsewhere before changing the touch pad. Are you sure that the hydraulic pump is ok?

I changed the battery and everything is working properly.
