Dont feel bad that you could not find the tank heater switch/option. It took me four winter months to figure it out, and now that the outside temperatures have started to moderate, I found it!
After you configure/sync your smartphone via bluetooth to the Display Commander (DC),
1) key in your passcode
2) click the gear logo in the bottom right corner
3) scroll up to the "Tank Heater" trigger.
Dark blue turns it off and bright blue is the "on" function. Mine is also a 2019.5 so they should be the same.
