Toilet won't drain

You guys helped me out before, and i need help again. I have a Cedar Creek Hathaway 38 FBD, with 2 toilets. The black tank is drained, but the down stairs toilet will not empty. I've used the black tank flush, back flowed the gray tanks, ran a snake down the toilet, used a high dollar plunger and even filled the black tank up and drained again, but nothing is working. I only have 1 black tank drain valve, so I'm assuming i only have the one black tank, but i have the factory multi tank read out, and a secondary level monitor. Any ideas?

I'm guessing you have two black tanks (with two toilets) and two black tank drains. I'm guessing you just haven't found the second tank drain.

Only the one drain, and 1 valve handle. I've been in the trailer for 7 months and never had the problem before.

Specs show 2 black tanks and 2 grey tanks.
Try looking behind or in front of the tires for another T handle.

Your are right. There is a second black tank handle. In the 7 months I've had this trailer, I've never used it. Always assumed the one handle drained both tanks. I do thank you.

For anyone interested, the second handle is in front of the left tires, under the slide hidden by the wheel skirt.
