Under Belly Damaged

Hello everyone,
Love the site, been kinda quiet. Paying attention, taking notes and competing projects. I have plenty of completed projects with pictures I will be posting soon after I return from vacation.
Had a problem 75 miles into a 1200 mile trip. 5th wheel, 2006 Cedar Creek, Forest River, 36', 36RLTS. The front belly pan cover become undone from the front cover. Hung down and tore a 1 1/2 foot half round circle and blew out a bunch of fiberglass insulation. Thank goodness I had a roll of black gorilla and extra screws. Here's my questions.

What is the plastic belly pan cover made of ?
What is it called ?
Is a replacement cover still available for my 5th wheel from the manufacture?

This cover is not made out of the corrugated sign material. (See pics)

Thank you,
WW

That looks like molded hdpe or fiberboard. It would be worth calling Cedar Creek to see if they have that cover, but I'd be surprised if they do.

You may call one of the RV salvage yards and see if they have one.

The piece looks to be pretty much intact in the photos, so I think I'd try to get some fiberglass panels and try to repair the torn place.

From your photos, it looks very close to what the 4X8 sheets are covering the belly of my 2016 Silverback look like. If you're close to an FR dealer take a look under one.

Search for COROPLAST on this board and you'll see lots of comments on it.

Cedar Creeks use plastic panels, not coroplast.

The factory installs those panels on every CC every day! Shipping will be unreasonable.
A suitably sized piece of flashing material or coil stock will repair that quickly and at a much smaller bite out of your wallet.
Travel safe
