Warranty about to expire

So towards the end of the month our 1 year warrantee is set to expire on our 2020 CC Silverback. We took it into our local FR dealer about a month ago to get some issues taken care of. Well as the year 2020 goes, there was a fire in the town where they are located (+2500 residences burned to the ground) but luckily there building survived and the only thing damaged were two rv's. However, the infrastructure (power, water, gas, sewer)was damaged in the area and they had to relocate their repair/warrantee services to another location. They asked everyone to pick up their rig and to wait until they could once again accommodate everyone...they were looking at about a month. They did open a ticket on our unit but had not started anything repairs yet and they did say they would leave the ticket open. Soo...I have e/m'd FR with no response and not received any calls back regarding warrantee coverage beyond the year. Does anyone have a contact at FR or CC where I can express this situation to them.

And you’re certain you emailed the specific division? It’s a big outfit with quite a number of divisions.

I was just at the factory asking about a warranty issue, and was given this number, select from the options to get customer or warranty service. 260-593-4000. Good luck!

Thanks...that's the number I'm leaving messages with and not getting a returned call. If I stay on the line, after a while it prompts you to leave a message.
