I recently called the CC division because of a faulty shower door assy. I was being proactive and wanted the replacement parts sent to the selling dealership - Lazydays, Tucson.

I learned a few things that may help you. Jeff Holmes is the West Coast Waranty mgr - 260-593-3017, jholmes@forestriverinc.com. Another person to call, same dept., Justin, 260-593-2598.

Jeff asked that I send pics of the shower assy. Within 12 hrs., Lazydays was on the phone with me! The parts were ordered, I had to tell them when it would be "convenient" for me to come to Tucson! We already had a trip planned for Oct.

This is the third time with two rigs under warranty, that FR came through for me with flying colors!

The number you have for Justin is for Jeff Holmes. I have been able to reach him at that number recently. Justin Day no longer works at CC however he is still with Forest River in another position.
