water leak
I have a 2017 champagne and we discovered water on the floor in the bedroom next to the closet.
we think the water line leading to the washer (which we do not have and do not use the washer spigot for anything and is closed) might have busted. we are going to look, but my question is:
is there a shutoff valve for the line leading to the washer?
thanks for your help.

Not that I have seen, only shut off would be the hot or cold connections, don't think there is anything before them, constant pressure. I don't think they are plex but regular hose. This is a guess, FR. Makes different changes all the time, nothing is ever done the same.

On my Cedar Creek, the washer drain line runs along the sidewall inside a "cover", at floor level from the closet towards the door.
They use a "trapless" (no P-trap) device in the drain line. If it gets loose it will leak and get the carpet wet.
I have read about others having that exact problem.
Mine does not have shut-off valves for the washer supply lines that I have seen. I can see the water supply lines inside the front storage compartment, on the left, right below where they go to in the closet. I would look there for valves.

If he's not using the drain where would water in the drain come from? Our Sandpiper has pex lines running to the washer. I believe there are plastic 90 fittings at the floor level where the water lines go vertical. Is there an access panel at the base of your laundry space where you could get a look?

We have the washer connections in our Silverback, but doubt we'll ever us them. I added a set of caps to the spigots, just in case they leaked or curious kids tried to open them. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Look for red/blue water supply lines in the front basement area to the left after you open the door. They run across the upper back side of the storage area. If you're not using the W/D simply add a shut off valve anywhere in the lines. Don't confuse the red/black hydraulic lines connecting to the front leveling jacks.

Have a 2016 Champagne model 38el. The water lines for the washer run under the bench seat by the window. There is a false bottom inside the bench that give you access to the lines. You can also get access by removing the bottom drawers on the dresser. At least this is how the 2016 lines run. Good luck.

I have never seen shut-offs to those W/D spigots either.
That would be my first mod if I buy one equipped for a W/D.
Especially for winterizing.

Ditto. Exact same thing happened in our 2018 38el. Was leaking at the waterless trap fitting under the bench. Did everything possible to stop the leak, ended up having to take it back to the dealer and they replaced the pipe.

Also check your window for leaks.
