There are two valves that control the water flow. One is the fresh/city. It is possible for that handle to slip if the screw loosens. Check this by disconnecting the city water, turn on your pump and see if you get cold water from your utility hose faucet. The second is on the bypass panel. It the one on the bottom. It should be horizontal (open). I am assuming that you: have water in the tank, have visually inspected the filter, have left the city water connected long enough to fill the water heater, have not heard water running on the ground, it is above freezing where you are located and you have tested the regulator for functionality. You might want to consider getting a real pressure regulator down the road. 50 lbs is a realistic setting. While you are at it, the OEM filter cartridge has a 1gpm flow rate. You will notice better shower and faucet functionality if you go to a 5gpm cartridge. I use a carbon + cartridge that improves taste and eliminates odor as well. They are standard 2.5"x10" and can be found easily and cheaper. Hope this helps

Can you reply to this? You keep saying(Everything is hooked up like before the dealer had it),disconnect at the F/W entrance on your unit,Hold that end,turn on the Water Supply! Do you have water flowing out NOW?  Youroo!!

What's up with the "envy junk"? Not sure I get that.. As for the water problem.. After 3 different regulators... We have water, pressure is better.
As a side note... Service at Camping World, Avondale AZ is the worst. We purchased our rig in Feb, and they have had three changes in service managers, they have lied several times always putting the blame on Forest River for not sending out the necessary parts. Jeff and Jeffery from Forest River have been outstanding. We are very happy with our Silverback and the service ONLY provided Forest River, AND the outstanding knowledge provided by everyone on this site. So thank you for always lending a helping hand...BTW...One gentleman mentioned removing the filter... We did that and that DID increase our pressure.

I have the same problem with water psi, took psi regulator off, still low psi. next I will remove my water filter and see if that will help. What psi should be on the trailer water lines?

I set mine at 45 psi and still have the filter in use. No problem with pressure.

Just a note. Pull your fawcet aerators and check for fine sand build up. Will have an affect with lower pressure input to system. Not necessarily what's causing this issue.

For a number of years I ran 60 PSI in order to get a good shower, which is the only faucet where pressure is important to me. Don't need a lot of pressure at the sinks. Since getting the Oxygenics shower head, I've dialed it back to 45 or 50. At 60, I thought the Oxygenics was going to blow me out of the shower.
