What is this?

We are camped in our CC 2021 36CK2 and just using electric for heat keeping the camper around 70F. It got down to 25F yesterday and I found this wet spot around the front passenger side landing gear. I have checked all inside the front and main storage and all around and under the washing machine area and there is not any moisture or water anywhere. No leaks or moisture around the front water lines for the washer or the front drain pipe. I figure this must just be condensation, but for the life of me I can not find where it's coming from. There is also a much smaller wet area under my hitch pin. Anyone else notice this when camping in cold weather?

Condensation formed on the inside of the fiberglass cap and dripped from the pin box. My Riverstone will do this occasionally.
