Window shattered need part #

Any one know how to get it.

I had a window shatter on my slide out and tried a few local RV dealers. They all seemed to need the VIN and the outside measurements. FR needed some forms filling in so they could get back to me while a local dealer searched their database and came up with the right part the next day. It then took a couple of weeks to arrive.

I still don't know the part number but I do have a replacement window ready to install next week.

By the way, the freight seemed to cost about as much as the window here on the west coast.

we had a window shatter on out 5th wheel. the window was made by HEHR. if yours is the same take the aluminum window frame out and there will be a sticker on the inside of the frame that has the part number. we used this to order and exact replacement.

Thanks. I ended up calling cedar creek and got the part #
5 days to manufacture, then ship. About $1000.00.
Just needed the VIN.
