1998 Leprechaun 290RF

So I know this is a long shot because of the age of the motorhome, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I recently purchased a 1998 Leprechaun 290 RF on an estate auction. It has the powerstroke 7.3 liter diesel with only 23,000 miles. It's in excellent condition and has been stored inside.

Everything seems to work but I'm having trouble with the 12volt house system. When I'm plugged in to shore power, have the engine or generator running everything works great, lights, water pump, furnace etc. But whenever I shut everything off and am unplugged all the 12 volt house system is dead. I just put 2 brand new deep cycle batteries in. There is a battery disconnect switch but I push "use" and it won't engage. I've checked all the fuses I can find. The manual says there's a solenoid and 12 volt breakers "under the bed" on diesel models but I can't find them. Does anyone know where this solenoid and breakers are?
