I have a heater that runs on both gas and electricity. Both are not working. Gonna replace 2 amp fuse than them thermostat and STP plug. Of this does not work what so I do then?

My advice would first to be ensure there is 12V power to the unit. change one thing at a time fuse first then move on to something else. I don't know the unit you are referring to so this is a guess on my part.

You must be talking about your water heater correct? You have an Atwater hot water heater, very common problem is the circuit board in the upper right hand corner on the face of the water heater.

It ended up being the thermal cutoff that was bad. Ordered the part on Amazon for 11 bucks. There is a really good video on YouTube that shows you how to troubleshoot with a volt meter. Helped a lit and saved me some money!
