Bunk Over Cab Structure

Hi, our Freelander Motorhome had a leak into the overhead cab area. The “subfloor” was wet but didn’t need any repair just to be dried according to the RV repair company. The subfloor is a little wavy.
How is the floor structure made? E.g. With metal or wood studs, etc.
I believe the maximum load for the bunk is about 350 pounds. Do you think these weight limits are conservative and can hold more weight? Thank you

Same issue with mine. The frame is welded aluminum rectangular tubing with styrofoam filling the void between the outer covering and inner luan plywood. Inner and outer materials are glued to the framework. I have attached a photo of mine after I stripped the moldy luan plywood off of the aluminum framework. FWIW, I wouldn't exceed the 350 lbs. rating. After finding and repairing the leaks in both sides of the upper front cap, I thoroughly dried out the area and replaced the luan plywood.
