Coachmen Mirada Select bunk won't move

Our bunk wont go all the way up (about 2" from the top), and I'm now getting a 1 green, 4 red fault when trying to move the bunk up or down.

Is there a way to reset the codes in order to try and move the bunk?

move the bunk ALL the way to the bottom, and continue holding the SWITCH for a few seconds thereafter to allow the motors to 'sync', then run the bunks all the way back up.

It may work the first time, or it may take several times, but eventually will. Holding the switch several seconds after UP or DOWN usually solves any problems.

I wouldn't worry about the 'codes', as if the bunk is moving, it's just a matter of getting both ends to 'sync' and move together. Chances are, your ends are not even and it gets to the point that it 'binds' before it gets to the top, and sets off this code.
