Coachmen Pursuit Slideout Help!

We have a 2016 Coachmen Pursuit 33 BH and the front slide is not functioning.

Currently, the slide is in but I would like to know the location of the slide motor so I can continue my checks of the wiring system, breakers, etc. and have not been able to locate it by simple inspection.

Also, I need to figure out how to manually retract the slides in an emergency if needed. I'd hate to be stuck somewhere and not able to retract the slides if the motors are dead for some reason.

Anyone have any recommendations?

First off, did you turn the engine ignition key ccw(acc position) and your house batts are charged up. The dual motor synch controller is located in the last storage bay on the passenger side. The actual motors are located on the slide out gear rack (or track). The LCI website has owner's manual you can download which explains all the components. Also on You Tube Lippert has videos about the slide out operation and maintenance. BTW, does your rear/bedroom SO work? You will need the owners manual to decipher the LED light fault codes on the controller. Hope this helps.

We have a 2016 Pursuit and have experienced the same problem. My husband located the Control box on outside drivers side. After he removed and examed the box he saw some of the "contacts" were closed. Using a small screwdriver he opened the contacts and no more problems. Hope this helps.
