Coleman-Mack Heat Pumps

We purchased our 2021 Coachmen Mirada 13 months ago. In that time both Coleman-Mack heat pumps have stopped working - neither heating nor cooling. But the fan still works!! The first one to go was replaced in July of this year and stopped working during our current trip, as did the other one. Thankfully, the weather turned cool and we have a small electric heater.

Have others had similar problems with this heat pump? Coachmen acknowledges that there are issues and when they stop working they need to be replaced. I guess I wonder why they continue to install them. I will say that Coachmen was very responsive in fixing the first one to go. And I'm sure they will be as well when I take to coach in to get two new ones.

Any suggestions for a replacement that will provide a permanent fix? One that hopefully won't cost an arm and a leg.
