Front end noise

Hi, I just purchased a used 2012 Mirada 34BH. It has the Lippert leveling jacks. When I turn the ignition key to the accessory setting I hear a grinding noise almost like something is running. Is this the leveling system or something else? Is this normal?

Check the dash blower fan first. Normally have to turn the levelers on manually.

Thanks for the reply. I found that even with the key off and I step on the brake, the noise starts. It sounds like a motor right by the brake. The tech said it is the brake pedal thinking it is an adjustable pedal?? Can someone with a newer coachmen give this a try to confirm this. I'm not sure if I should believe this or not??

It is the boost system for the brake.

Yup, that man is correct. Its common on the Ford chassis and nothing to worry about.
