Gear Shaft on Slide

I have a 2016 Sportcoach 404RB and the gear shaft on the driver front slide broke while retracting. Anyone else have any slide issues/experience?

No. It is a rack an pinion. Lippert brand

I have never seen one of those have you done a search on the site, hopefully some one with that system will chime in here, I am going to search to see what I come up with

On many fivers with your kinda slide with a balance shaft, there is a shear bolt on one end 1/4-20 by say 2.5" long. Does yours have a bolt hole on the square towards one end and if so is the bolt gone?

All bolts are in place after the repair. Here is a pic of the broken shaft

So the shaft broke half in two at the roll pin hole?
