is the RV level in your driveway? How long did you wait after switching to propane to see if it's working?

Drive way not level but not crazy step, I let it run on gas for like 2 hours while my wife and I went to dinner. Still no cooling. Park our older unit here before without a issue. Does they have to be flat level?

A few things in it, not a lot. I could not put anything in it temp is in the 60. Freezer same temp as the box

Turbs yes it only got into the 40's today. I was thinking not enough temp Delta to let things work. Kind of like a A/C unit never run it when below 60. But I ran my TC refer in Montana when temps butt cold. Still keep things cold. Freezer kept game frozen no issue.

I think it's a temp issue honestly,
Fridge requires heat to work.
At best the fridge runs 34 degrees or so. If outside temp is near freezing it likely won't turn on.
I assume your running the heat in the camper to be 60 degrees?

Yes we have the heat pump on, wife was working in it today. It got into the 40's today. Also if I put anything in it would not keep cool. The butter even started to turn liquid. And the freezer was the same temp as box, anything in there would for sure thawed out.

most older rv ref. I have worked on require 12 volts DC to run the control board regardless of gas or 120 AC volt operation.Check whether 1. you had the battery disconnected thru the disconnect switch or you have a blown 12 volt fuse. As new as your unit is it may be different in some way but it has to have current to fire the propane.

After talking with the op last we discovered that his thermistor had fallen out of the slider.
Hopefully that fixed the problem.

Make sure the burner is lit. Mine takes 3 tries before it will stay lit because of air in line. Light a burner on the stove. It helps purge air from line.

Rescue Duct

Right after we took delivery of our rig, the first time out, our fridge did not work either. First time jitters? Were we doing something wrong?

Long story short........after sitting at dealership waiting for warranty repairs (fridge among others) the fridge worked without them doing anything. Turns out, it was because our driveway was on too much of a slope, and the fridge became adapted to a NEW level. Turns out the slope of our driveway was too much............in review, certainly we would NOT have camped at that slope.

Can't tell for sure from your picture in your driveway, but would you actually camp in your RV at the slope of the driveway?

Try making sure you're really level and turn on the stove to get the propane flowing properly towards the fridge. It may take some time (days)after being really level to prove the solution.

Good Luck.
