HDMI Wire help???? 2015 Concord

I have a 2015 Concord and need to get an HDMI wire to the back of the tv. Anyone know how to get it off the wall enough to make that connection? I only see 4 screws in a piece of black composite board around the sides but now way to access a mount behind the tv. I can almost reach behind the tv and make the connection but not quite. Anyone else able to get this done?

The TV is mounted to a board, take the four screws in the corners out and then you can acess the cable ports.
