Help with "Water Works" valve system.

It was suggested I post this in the Coachmen forum. I have it on the Forest River pluming side.

Hi we are new to this forum/site. We purchased a used 1998 37 foot DP Coachmen Santarra. When I filled the fresh water system everything worked perfect. We have the 5-valve “Water Works” system by Coachmen, (see before/after picture) that I now know is discontinued. This is our first Class A but we have owned 5th wheels with gravity fed water line.
Here is our problem:
I had 2 valves on the Water Works system that leaked and I tried everything to get at them so I could crimp or replace the valve. I could not get at them and the PEX tubing is not forgiving. So the more I thought about it I started to just cut the system out. We do not like the idea of a utility showerhead and the fresh water intake, inside the same bay with the sewer connections. So I figured I would just put a valve on the main line to the fresh water tank and buy some extra PEX tubing and quick connectors and Walla! I’d be all set…..baaaad idea and even worse I did not take pictures of the water valves before I cut all the lines. Ugh.
Now I can fill the water tank using the water line that enters the tank on the right side of the compartment but the pump will not pump water through the system. It’s like it does not have prime. I assumed just like a pull behind trailer as long as the tank was full we’d have water. Fortunately I have the valve system (in pieces) but I have no idea what line goes where.

If there is anyone out there with a pluming repair schematic for the Water Works system or someone with the same system that could take some pictures and send them to us I’d be so grateful.
Thank you
