L Sofa Latch

My Cross Country has the L shaped sofa with the stowaway section that pushing into the main section. The latch that holds this part of the sofa in during travels broke. It is a metal pin on the stowaway part that locks into a latch on the main section. The pin cracked off.

My question is has anybody else had this happen to them, of course, if you even know what I'm talking about, and second if so where can I get the latch system to repair it. My dealer has emailed and left several voicemails to Coachman parts but no return calls. They think it is because they are not a Coachman dealer, though they are a huge Forest River dealer.
