plus one under bed.
new about bed but found others by accident. not IN Manual.

Yeah! They are there. I found mine two as I was looking for a tiny leak from the water heater. Manuals on these things are not helpful. They are generic.

I ran across this thread while looking for past Leprechaun 311FS comments. Thank you for your info, Carl17 and jonwisconsin.

FYI, we also had a leak near the water heater after we connected to a campground high pressure rural water system on our maiden trip. The extra pressure caused a loose, screw-on hose connection to leak and some minimal water trickled out from under our dinette overnight. Since the leak was so slow, it took a few minutes to pin-point the drip and tighten the coupling. We were able to quickly dry things out without damage and we now use a low-cost pre-set pressure regulator input to ease the strain just in case.

If others find the same leak problem, I might suspect that the connection easily comes loose or otherwise leaks and then upgrade the fitting. I did find the low point dinette drains mentioned, but did not use them because the access covers (seats) were screwed down on ours and I use the blow-out method to winterize which makes this under-dinette chore unnecessary.

For winterization, I drained the fresh water tank from under the bed using that low-point but accessed it by unscrewing the large access cover (top bed platform) and lifting the obscure tiny valve handle/plug. Since the handle/plug tends to accidentally lift all the way out, I think I will always open the bed for this service to see better, instead of reaching in the small, dark vent-like access port on the side of the bed platform.

All-in-all, the blow-out method worked quite well to winterize after draining the water heater, fresh water tank and running the pump dry. I add RV antifreeze to the drain traps and make sure no liquid remains pooled in any waste pipes.

Wes, I found a leak like you coming from the base of the dinette. After removing the seats and the plywood base, I found that there was a small leak in the water heater. I had to disconnect the inlet and put some sealer on the connection. This took care of it. Just in case it happens in yours.
