Leprechaun 319 dsf

We just picked up our motorhome this week and have a couple of questions we are hoping someone can answer:

Where is the fresh water drain valve? We have looked everywhere....

What is the trick to the swivel seats? We are having a very difficult time turning them around, especially the driver side. At the RV center they just turned them with ease.

Thank you!

Can't help you with the location of your drain plug - mine is in the compartment where the sewer drains are located, tucked in the back corner. Our seats swivel with a metal lever that moves up/down on the right side of the seat.

The drain is right where you enter bedroom at floor. It says low point drain, you take it off with screw driver, you will see the three drain plugs, just pull them up. The drain for water pump is outside motorhome hanging down, just pull plugs.

The seats can be turned around by pulling on lever and pulling seats, then when it locks in place turned then around until then locks. Have seats forward before starting.
