Location black tank vacuum breaker valve

We need some help locating the black tank vacuum breaker valve.

Coachmen Leprechaun 280ss 2019. Black tank flush line is blocked. We have disconnect flush port and it is open. Have tried water and air to blow out line. The problem appears to be a bad vacuum breaker valve. We however can not locate valve.

- not under bath sink
- not in shower control access panel
- not next to freshwater tank bay right above BWT flush port
- not in basement access panels where flush hose mount is located

Dealer service gave generic location which did not help. I do not find any plumbing schematics for Leprechaun. The factory tour video do not show specifics of Leprechaun plumbing.

Does anyone know where a leprechaun or maybe freelander might have this valve located. Thanks in advance.

Just a stab in the dark, but it's how I find them when working on various models. Look inside at the location where the outside hookup is, about 18 - 24" straight above it. Look for a removable panel in that area. If that doesn't help, if you've already unhooked it outside, have someone move it around and listen inside for it scratching / banging on an inside panel.

Wherever it is hidden it will be a minimum 6 inches above the toilet rim height. In my MH it's about 4.5 feet above floor level in the washer/dryer provisional closet.

Looked on the roof? That's where mine is. (Completely different campers, of course.)

Wow. A vacuum breaker on the roof? That's an extreme measure but I'm sure it's effective.

I’m not familiar with “black tank vacuum breaker valve”. Is that the same as the black tank anti siphon valve?

I dont have you style rig. I have a Georgetown class A, but mine is under the kitchen sink in FRONT of the unit, no where near the holding tanks, bathroom or shower. Gotta look all over. It's not always where you would think it should be.

Some manufactures list them as anti siphon valve, others vacuum breakers. They are used in the RV industry for the blank tank rinse so yes, the OP is absolutely correct in combining the names together. I have the feeling you already knew that and just posted due to boredom.

Moved to the Coachmen Motorhomes sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information.

I'm guessing you're talking about an Air Admittance Valve which is different - doesn't have input/output water hose... but is installed in the drain to allow the kitchen sink to drain faster/better.

It’s located behind the upper pull out drawer to the right of the water heater. This drawer is the one closest to the bathroom.
