Need a vent

I have a new to me 2016 coachmen concord. One really stupid design flaw has me stuck. There is a round plastic heat vent on the floor in the bathroom, close to the toilet. It came broken (probably stepped on). It is only 2.75 inches for the hole, almost 3in at top. I cannot find one, and would like op put something beside plastic back, since it will probably get stepped on again.

Something like this? They seem to have different sizes and styles.
Unfortunately it's plastic.
