Need advice '95 Coachmen 32 motorhome

I ran across this '95 Coachman 32 ft. motorhome by chance. It has 25500 miles on it and looks incredibly well preserved on the inside. Ford chassis (what engine is that?) and everything appears to work. Exterior is ok, stripes are cracking all over. New tires, Onan generator has less than 110 hours. No leveling jacks and the rear air control is down near the floor under one of the hall closets??? The price appears to be right, but what should I look for/be wary of. Current owner has had about a year or so, but autistic child is not happy in it........I have never owned a motor home but am on my 4th travel trailer.



Just not sure what to look for!
