Parts Availability

My apologies if this has been addresses previously. Does anyone know if the factory is still shipping parts to local repair facilities? My Prism was recently broken into and the coach door requires replacement. The local repair shop said the factory was closed and he would be unable to get a replacement door until all this virus stuff was over. Just wanted to make sure he wasn't giving me a story.

Thanks

I saw Bob, the Big Frog, on here last week saying all 75 manufacturing facilities of F.R. were all closed.

You may want to call the factory....I am having the same issues and called Georgetown and they told me they are open and shipping parts when the dealer told me they were closed.
Went back to the dealer on this and now saying ok we ordered the parts with no ETA...waiting till this Monday (2weeks) and will hound again and call manufacturer again...Picked up my unit on 3/17.

Parts

I've been continually checking in with the local dealer every week or so, and he says he is not getting much information from the company. Just seeing if anyone is having any luck getting parts now, or am I getting the run-a-round. I e-mailed the Prism folks a month ago, and they said they were beginning to spin up, but couldn't give me any more details than that.

Thanks All!!

You need to contact Coachmen directly and see if the dealer actually placed the parts order.
Many say they have, only to find they hadn't.

Hate to say it but dont trust the Dealer

FYI....Resolved my issues by calling the manufacturer and them basically pushing the dealer to fix what was asked and them overnighting the parts needed....and instructing them on how to do the work.
