Prism 24g Furnace cover vents

Hello. Love our 2015 24g but there is a problem. The vents in the furnace cover allow water to enter and it ruins the control board. Anyone else with this issue?

An exterior picture of the furnace cover might help us understand and see any concern with it.

Without a pic as the other poster mentioned its hard to tell, but a wag would say you have bad chalking around the cover and or inside area where furnace case meets the opening.
