It can be sticky. When you pull on that yellow lever, it has to slide diagonally first. Then try again.

I know, I have been there. As Steve said, you need to pull the yellow level or black on the inside of the seat, move it to the inside kind of 45 degrees before swivel them to the back. Works well. Hope you can make it work.

Seats

Thanks everyone for the info. I slid the seat, locked it it, then was able to rotate! 👍

Swivel seat is def tough

Picked up my new 2018 Coachmen Concord 300TS on Jun 29, 2017 at MHSRV, and been out damn near every night somewhere working it. Passenger seat requires my entire 230 pound body pushing it but the drivers side works like a charm! Cross my fingers but not having any real major problems, just nit noy stuff. Glad to be on your team!

LOL! Relax... Pull the yellow lever and slide it on a 45° angle... let the force flow through you, young Jedi! You can't force it... SLIDE it on a 45 and then rotate it!

The PS seat on my 300DS was much harder as well. When I took it in for all the warranty repair stuff. The PS seat and swiveling issue was at the top of my list. They fixed it... and told me it was actually BOLTED ON WRONG!

I had no choice but to purchase my rig 5 hours away from here so gonna have to eventually beg our one and only coachmen dealer to repair some items, thing is I hear they keep them forever cuz they're so backed up. I've spoken to other RV maintenance shops closer and said they will do warranty work on a coachmen but reps at coachmen are telling me I have to go to the one they say. Does this make sense? I have a few minor, and maybe one major problem. The door is real hard to open and close only sometimes, like it's warped and kind of bent out at the bottom left corner

Well, you DON'T need to take it back where you bought it... BUT, for warranty repairs... it does have to be Coachmen certified.

Our door was VERY weird. Sometimes after leveling it would close just fine but later in day, it was very hard to open and close. Sometimes it was the other way. We'd level it up and the door JUST WOULDN'T SHUT. Nothing lined up correctly. Later... it would shut just fine. Crap shoot.

Be careful of the wiring under the seat. The first time I swiveled it, seat belt light wires were split in two. Wires were not correctly routed up through the center. Now they are!

It wasn't his post but I read it somewhere on a post...what is the piece on the front of the dash that has a small black button? but it's not an actual button when you press on it etc. The walk around tech said it was for a phone, etc, but don't understand that

Well, mine is black but I know what to do with it. As I said before, you move in at 45 degrees before swivel them around. It works perfectly, I am seated in one of them as I type this one. Lol!

Mine does not have a black button. So I don't know what yours is for. Sorry.
