Replacing speakers with sound bar

Hi,
We are new to this forum and just bought a 2014 Concord 225 LE. As interior storage space is very limited, we decided to mount the TV on a swing arm so we could access the space behind the TV for storage and also to remove the 2 large speakers in the cab over area in order to give us extra cabinet space. We would like to replace the speakers with a sound bar mounted above the TV which will hopefully work with the TV and the Jensen radio and DVD player.
Has anyone else replaced the speakers with a sound bar? If so, where did you connect the red and white speaker wires that were originally attached to the Jensen speakers? Does the sound bar work for both the TV and the coach radio/DVD player? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am new at this.
Thanks,
Elle

Your soundbar should have a pigtail with it. Each of the wires should be tagged for left front negative and positive, right front negative and positive, etc. If you connect them to the appropriate wires on the Jensen audio unit, then plug your television video and audio connectors into the back of the unit, you should get all your sound through the soundbar.
As for your existing speakers, simply cut the wires and tuck them up into the hole in the ceiling (or wall) and cover it with tape.
