I don't think a manual exists for any of these rigs. The only manuals are for individual components and they are available online from the manufacturers.

The basic principles of winterizing and dewinterizing are the same. You can find many You Tube videos on it. As for the appliances in your rig, Use a rainy day to record the make, model and serial number of all of them. Then go on line and download the manual for your specific model. It will come i handy if you need parts or repairs. RV manufacturers are continually changing things to improve them, reduce costs or accommodate item shortages and as such it would be difficult to maintain manuals.

No such thing as a model-specific nor brand-specific owners manual in the RV Industry. Maybe for the $80,000 plus rigs.
As Flybob suggested, you should be able to download the manuals for the individual items(oven, a/c, furnace, water heater, converter, fridge and so on).

As noted above, there are no Rv owners manuals. All the systems are by and large identical. Find a copy of Bob Livingston's book "Trailer Life RV Repair & Maintenance Manual (last edition was 2008 but nothing has really changed) used through Amazon) . It will explain all the RV systems and how to maintain them

Presumably you have an owner's manual for the chassis...the Chevy 4500. The rest is, as others have said, covered by individual manuals for components like the fridge, stove, hot water heater, and so on all the way down to the CO/propane detector. If you have a slide, it should have a manual.

This is little different than a stick-built stationary home. The good news is that, unlike a stick-built home, the RV manufacturer can and usually will provide tech support on such matters as roof damage, delamination, coach frame problems and so on.

And, You Tube is your friend for many maintenance issues. Ask Google any question such as "RV hot water heater maintenance." Just always start the query with "RV." This is just an illustration.
