Slide problem

We have had a problem with one of slides since we bought our 2015 coachmen sports coach 404RB last year. The large driver side front slide has about a 1 inch gap at the bottom when fully retracted. I have tried several suggested adjustments and can not get it corrected. The slide is a Lippert rack and pinion flush floor slide with center drive motor. It does not have any can adjustments for in and out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks John

I have maybe the same issue on my 2018 Wildwood XL. I can put my index finger in between the slide and wall although it seems to be making good contact.

There are some limited adjustments on those slide units, but you may have to move the room on the mechanism if it's out far enough.

If you don't have a copy, here's the Operation and Service Manual for those slides.

Does the slide pull snug against the wall all around when extended?

Mine seems to.
