Water Works Utility Panel Removal

We have a 2006 Coachmen Leprechaun 318DS and have a water leak behind the Water Works Panel (picture attached). How difficult is it to get behind this panel to locate our leak? I cannot find anything on the Web or in the manual for assistance and assume that the company is out of business.

It looks like that if you take out the screws on each corner that may give you some access. I gather that you looked under the coach where the panel is located. If that doesn't work then maybe from the inside behind the panel. If all else fails you could try Coachmen and see they know.

We have already reached out to Coachmen with no response. We would like to hear from someone who has had to remove one of these panels for repair issues. Removing the 4 screws only allows the panel to be pushed back, but not pulled out, as it is recessed. Unfortunately, there is no access from the bottom. Does anyone have photos of what is actually behind this panel and how to get to it?
