the 'ability' of your coach to tow something is determined by the Chassis GVCWR, minus the actual loaded weight of your coach. Don't go just by the hitch's weight rating, as that is misleading - it is only the hitch manufacturer's rating, but has little to do with the actual pulling capacity of your coach's Chassis and powertrain.
The combined weight of your towed Vehicle AND your tow Dolly will be what determines whether they fall within the pulling capacity of your coach.
Weigh your coach, with people, fuel, water, and stuff loaded in - subtract that from the Chassis' GVCWR rating on the label. This will tell you the MAX you can tow, as long as the hitch itself is rated that high, of course.
