We don’t get out in the cold weather, but I think some heat in the wet bay would keep you safe. There isn’t much space in there though. Good luck.

I have a ‘13 TZ. To keep wet bay warm and provide some heat to tank I had a 117 volt bilge heater installed in the wet bay. It has thermostat controlled on/off point. When camping in cold weather I just plug it in and it does the rest. To buy, have it installed and a 117v line run to wet bay ran me $405. If you are handy and electrically talented you can trim the cost significantly.
