Where are my tanks located?

I have a 2015 Coachmen encounter 37tz motorhome and I’m looking to find my water tanks ? I’m looking to do some cold weather camping and possibly trying to make it heated...... anyone able to help???

We have a 37tz, 2015 also. The fresh water tank is under the big curb side slide. With the slide out, there is a removable panel allowing access to it. The black tank goes from there to the other side over the dump valve. The grey tank is over the wet bay under the bath area. The panel in the wet bay hides all of this. Hope this helps. We don’t get out in the cold weather, but I think some heat in the wet bay would keep you safe. There isn’t much space in there though. Good luck.

So the fresh tank is on the passenger side full slide?? That is where my kitchen table ,bedroom tv and closets are... Or do you mean put the slide out and the removable panel is in compartment?

Yes the tank is in the chassi under that slide about under the table area. If you put the slide out, above the compartment door there is two access panels. The front panel is fresh water, the rear is the end of the black tank and the slide motor. later.

I have a ‘13 TZ. To keep wet bay warm and provide some heat to tank I had a 117 volt bilge heater installed in the wet bay. It has thermostat controlled on/off point. When camping in cold weather I just plug it in and it does the rest. To buy, have it installed and a 117v line run to wet bay ran me $405. If you are handy and electrically talented you can trim the cost significantly.
