winterize 05 Encore

I'm winterizing my Encore for the first time (purchased a month ago) and having some issues. First, how do you drain the fresh water tank? I have it set up according to the diagram in the wet bay. Second is there a winterizing kit? I see an area to hook a hose of some sort to for the antifreeze, but how do you get it in? What am I missing? Can we still get parts since it was built before FR took over the company?Thanks
