I'm having the same issue on FR3 30DS 2015. I'm told by dealer it's delamination... Claim sent to FR 10 days ago. Waiting for an answer. Warranty is expired but we have legal protections here in Canada, even after warranty expires. If the product fails to meet reasonable expectations (durability, quality, etc.), the manufacturer has to repair or replace the defective item. It's called The Legal Warranty and applies also to imported goods.
I'm not holding my breath though....
