2015 FR3 Windshield separated

Has anyone had a problem with their windshield separating? It looks like water is getting in between the safety glass and it appears to be spreading. Going to bring it to the dealer this week

I know they had lamination problems with the windshields.

Windshield

Yea had same problem 2015 windshield delamenation driver side lower corner white spot from edge to pass black strip about 3 inch wide .

Forestriver replace under warranty . If they wont help check with glass manufacturer . There are other post on this . Also happens on George towns.

Ours has done that too, its a 2015 30DS. But since its out of warranty and in the corner, I haven't put much thought to it. But yeah, seems like most 2015 models will experience this issue.

I have a 2015 FR3 too. Had it at dealer for a nonrelated items, but, they noticed the windshield issue and suggested that I contact FR since it was still under warranty. I had not even noticed the problem yet. I talked to FR who got with my dealer and replaced my entire windshield.

So I was just denied a replacement windshield from Forrest River who stated my 2015 FR3 was to far out of warranty for replacement. I was referred to the glass company who is in Indiana. I am waiting to hear from them about my defective windshield. I hope I don't have to get the lawyers or the NTSB because the safety windshield is a safety issue. If you have had the same problem please contact me

I'm having the same issue on FR3 30DS 2015. I'm told by dealer it's delamination... Claim sent to FR 10 days ago. Waiting for an answer. Warranty is expired but we have legal protections here in Canada, even after warranty expires. If the product fails to meet reasonable expectations (durability, quality, etc.), the manufacturer has to repair or replace the defective item. It's called The Legal Warranty and applies also to imported goods.

I'm not holding my breath though....

1st two pics are the top driver side, 3rd is the whole driver side, last is bottom passenger side.

Thank you. Going to pick my coach up today and will post pictures. I wrote to Forrest River. If I don't hear anything back I am going to ask for an investigation by The Nation Auto Safety board as this windshield is a safety issue. The warranty official from corporate told me they do not have any records of how many windshields they have replaced. Bet with a subpoena that information will be available

Good news! FR has just approved a claim from my dealer to replace the windshield on my FR3 30DS 2015. (See pics above on my previous post). That's quite a relief.

I am glad to report that FR stood behind their product and took responsibility, even though the warranty had expired. I did not have to deal with FR myself though. The dealer took charge of everything. The windshield is on order and will be replaced at the end of this season.

How far out of warranty was your coach ? When you get a chance would you please call me at(409) 656-5368. Thank you. FR told me they would replace mine if it was still under warranty.
