2016 FR3 30DS Inverter install for Fridge while driving

I have looked over lots of inverter threads, and since I am a Computer Tech, I know if I have 110V, I can do anything with a PC. We will be taking a lot of cross country trips and would just like to have the Fridge running and not using propane for the entire trips. Is this possible and if it is, what might I need to purchase? Anyone that helps will get a FREE PC cleanup/tuneup when I see you one the road.

30A coach?

Magnum hybrid 3k.
Run as a whole house inverter. Cut the shore line and install in between.
Added benefit of a 125A charger

I wouldn't install an inverter just to save on propane for your fridge. Inverter will be like 90% efficient taking that 12vdc to 120vac. Usually during the summer, we can get by on a single tank fill in the spring, then refill in the fall, and its cheap right now (currently $1.75 gallon). You'll probably be running your generator while driving to run the AC/TV, so you'll have 120v going to the fridge during that time.
